1. Service Description

MathRoutine provides online math word problem practice for Grade 1-12 students, including generated practice problems, progress tracking, weak topic reports, sample learning traces, optional AI learning support, and Pro written-response rubric grading.

MathRoutine is a learning support tool and does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, admissions results, or test scores.

Sample learning traces and public examples are representative product demonstrations unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not claims about actual student outcomes.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting login credentials.

Students who are under the age required to consent to online services in their location should use MathRoutine with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult.

If a school, tutor, or organization creates or manages student accounts, that organization is responsible for having the required permission to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the platform, share one paid account across multiple unrelated users, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users.

MathRoutine may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, depending on the billing interval selected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

MathRoutine generally does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional payment issues may be reviewed by contacting support@mathroutine.com.

6. AI Learning Support and Rubric Feedback

AI Assist is intended to help students understand word problem language, identify key information, simplify wording, translate, and plan next steps after effort. It may be inaccurate or incomplete.

FRQ rubric grading is intended to give practice feedback on written mathematical reasoning, setup, notation, justification, and conclusions. It is not an official AP, SAT, school, or teacher score.

Students should check final answers and reasoning. AI Assist should not replace instruction from teachers, tutors, parents, or guardians.

Users should not enter sensitive personal information into practice answers, equation fields, AI prompts, or support forms unless it is necessary for support.

7. Student Data and Privacy

Use of MathRoutine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how AI processing works, and how to request deletion or ask privacy questions.

Parents, guardians, or account owners may contact support@mathroutine.com to request account deletion, ask privacy questions, or request review of student-related information.

8. Service Changes

We may update features, supported topics, plan limits, pricing, or availability over time. Material subscription changes will be handled according to applicable billing and consumer protection requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

MathRoutine is provided as an educational practice tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathRoutine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or academic-outcome-related damages.
